CARE INSTRUCTION-Furniture

Stainless Steel

- Pour some warm water in a small bowl, and add some mild dishwashing soap.
- Dip a soft, lint-free cloth in the soapy water, and then gently wipe the stainless steel tray with the damp cloth until the piece is clean.
- When cleaning it, rub the item along its polish lines.
- Wipe the remaining soap off your tray using a moist cloth dipped in clean water.
- Dry the tray well with a clean towel, and then leave your pieces to air dry.

Plastic

- Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Spot Clean: Mix together your water and soap in a bucket and wash the polycarbonate using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the material.
- To prevent water spotting and streaks from forming on your polycarbonate, make sure to dry the plastic with another soft cloth.

Acrylic

- Wash the acrylic with warm water. Solvents and cleaning products will cause the acrylic discolour.
- Stubborn marks or sticky residue can be removed with pure isopropyl and a microfibre cloth.
- Wipe clean our acrylic products gently, with a damp microfibre cloth. Never place in the dishwasher. Paper towel and tissues can scratch the surface of the acrylic.
- Dried markers and paint can be removed simply by soaking the board in warm water to loosen it, before wiping clean.
- Acrylic can scratch if not looked after. Avoid sliding over rough surfaces and always ensure the table or bench you are placing it on is free from sand or dirt.

Wooden

- Dust the furniture regularly with a soft cloth. Furniture polish is not necessary, but can be used sparingly. Never use paint thinners or abrasive creams to clean wicker or cane.
- Spot Clean: If your furniture gets dirty, try cleaning it with a soft cloth soaked in warm water. If this does not work, try using a mild soap and water solution on your cloth, and try it again.
- Keeping wood furniture dry is also essential. If the wood gets wet, it can cause the finish to peel or fade, and can actually warp the wood.
- Protecting the tops of wood furniture is essential to avoid scratches and dings. Using a tablecloth on a wood table is another great idea if the table is being used regularly.

Particleboard

Glass furniture

- Spot Clean: If your furniture gets dirty, try cleaning it with a soft cloth soaked in warm water. If this does not work, try using a mild soap and water solution on your cloth, and try it again.
- Use mats and coasters to protect glass from heat. Don’t subject glass to thermal or mechanical stress, it can be weakened and may break or shatter.
- Avoid using the glass as a chopping surface and don’t allow sharp or hard objects come into contact with it.

Polyester

- Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Spot Clean: Just use a damp sponge to wipe down your polyester couch from top to bottom. Be sure not to oversaturate the material, and rinse and wring out your sponge in clean water often as you go.
-  For stubborn stains on polyester couches, it’s okay to use a drop of dish soap, like Dawn, to spot treat, being sure to wash the soapy residue away with clean water when you’re done. Avoid over-wetting as this may result in a water mark.

Sintered Stone

- Sintering, is a process of compacting and forming a solid mass of material by heat or pressure. It has a low water absorption rate which makes it resistant to heat and cold damage, which is something that the other materials could not provide.
- Avoid products containing hydrofluoric acid and its derivatives.
-  If liquids are spilled, it must be dried immediately. The faster you clean and dry spills, the easier it is to remove stains.
- It’s not advisable to use waxes, oil soaps, impregnating agents or other treatments (hydro-oil repellent) on the product because its application is not necessary

Corduroy Fabric
- Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Can wash in a mild solution of cold, soapy water. Do not saturate. Dry thoroughly using a towel. Do not dry clean.
- Spot Clean: Mix powdered washing detergent with an equal amount of cold water to make a paste. Test on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire products. Then apply this directly to the stain. Gently massage the detergent into the stained area and then rinse with cold water.

Plush Fabric
-  Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Can wash in a mild solution of warm, soapy water. Do not saturate. Dry thoroughly using a towel. Do not dry clean.
- Spot Clean: Just use a damp sponge to wipe down your couch from top to bottom. Be sure not to oversaturate the material, and rinse and wring out your sponge in clean water often as you go. For stubborn stains on your couches, it’s okay to use a drop of dish soap, like Dawn, to spot treat, being sure to wash the soapy residue away with clean water when you’re done.

Polyurethane (PU)

- Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Keep furniture away from direct sunlight. If there are no other options, cover exposed areas with throws to help block the sun.
- Can wash in a mild solution of warm, soapy water. Do not saturate. Dry thoroughly using a towel. Do not dry clean.
- Spot cleaning: Treat spills and stains as soon as they occur. Gentle scrape away or map away any liquid from the surface of the fabric. Do not scrub with a stiff brush. Apply proprietary cleaning agents strictly according to instructions. Test on an inconspicuous area before applying to the entire products. Do not saturate the surface.

Faux suede

- Faux suede is a robust, stain-resistant fabric that's even more durable and cheaper than traditional suede.
- Spot Clean: Can clean the sofa by applying a small bit of cleaner to the fabric with a cloth or clean sponge and gently rub the area with either the sponge, a lint-free cloth, or a soft-bristled brush, such as a clean toothbrush. Then allow your couch to fully air dry before sitting on it (or letting pets on it!).
- Alternatively, you can steam clean your fabric couch. You can generally rent a steam cleaner, which will come with specific cleaning solution and instructions.

Linen fabric

- Can clean the sofa by conducting the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris.
- Spot Clean: you can mix water with professional cleaners and gently scrub the stained areas. And use clean, damp microfiber rag, rinse the couch with fresh water to clean the cleaners. Allow your couch to fully air dry before sitting on it (or letting pets on it!).
- Also, you can steam clean your fabric couch. You can generally rent a steam cleaner, which will come with specific cleaning solution and instructions.

CARE INSTRUCTION-Homewares

LIGHTING

- Before cleaning any lamp or lampshade, be sure to unplug your light from its power source and disconnect it from all power outlets it might be connected to.
- Unscrew the articulations so the arms of your lamps move more freely. This will ensure you don’t do any permanent damage to the electrical connections.Take off your light bulbs, avoiding contact with the glass part. If need be, make sure to replace them with the recommended light bulb for your lamp.
- Using a clean soft cloth and then proceed to gently wipe the lamp.

Plastic

- Conduct the quick clean with dry brush and vacuum loose debris Regularly.
- Spot Clean: Mix together your water and soap in a bucket and wash the polycarbonate using a soft sponge or microfiber cloth to avoid scratching the material.
- To prevent water spotting and streaks from forming on your polycarbonate, make sure to dry the plastic with another soft cloth.
- Strong bleaches and chloride based cleaners should not be used on pc plastic.

Ceramics

- Ceramics contain a variety of different materials, commonly referred to as stoneware, earthenware and porcelain. Ceramic materials are traditionally made from clay and can be treated in different ways to achieve different properties and looks.
- Use a soft sponge and a mild detergent to hand wash your ceramics or pottery. It is important to wash gently with a soft sponge or cloth. Some of our products are dishwasher safe.
- Our ceramic products is very capable of handling both hot temperatures and cold temperatures. However, when a piece is taken from one extreme to the other quickly, it can cause the pottery to crack or break. - Because it is a handmade product, there are individual differences in texture, size, thickness, and weight, and bubbles may enter, but please note that it is a characteristic.

Diffuser

- The aromatic oil usually contains alcohol and is therefore extremely flammable; ensure that diffusers are kept away from open flames at all times. Never attempt to light them unless specifically instructed to (as with catalytic diffusers).
- Do not display the product directly on polished, finished or fabric surfaces as damage can occur if the liquid is spilt.
- Keep them out of the reach of children and pets. Do not place lit candles where they can be
- knocked over by children, pets or anyone else. Avoid spilling oil on furniture, textiles, finished or porous surfaces as the fragrance oil may cause staining. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth.

Glass

- Because it is made of glass, be careful of cracks due to impact and do not use anything with chips or cracks.
- When inserting flowers, insert slowly while supporting the main body so that it will not fall over.
- Not for beverages.
- Do not use for any other purpose.
- Do not use in direct sunlight or near fire.
- Also, please avoid using it in places with large temperature differences such as near walls.
- Please use in a stable place.
- Please avoid using it in a place where children and pets can reach.
- Because it is a handmade product, there are individual differences in texture, size, thickness, and weight, and bubbles may enter, but please note that it is a characteristic.

Mirror

-Dust the furniture regularly with a soft cloth.
- General Clean: use clean, warm water applied with a soft cloth to wipe it. Be careful not to allow the edges of the mirror to remain wet over a period of time.
- Do not use any acidic or alkali cleaners. They can attack the surface and edges as well as the backing of the mirror. Never use an abrasive cleaner on any mirror surface.
- Always use soft, grit-free cloths when cleaning a mirror to reduce chances of scratching the surface.

Polyester

- Spot Clean: Just use a damp sponge to wipe down your polyester couch from top to bottom. Be sure not to oversaturate the material, and rinse and wring out your sponge in clean water often as you go.

Artificial flower
 
- Dust the furniture regularly with a soft cloth.
- If your artificial flowers aren’t hand-wrapped and come with fragile details, washing them with a solution of soap and water will thoroughly clean it.
- Avoid using warm water as it might melt or damage your arrangement’s colour and texture. wipe lightly and avoid scrubbing as it might damage the arrangement’s quality.

Candle
 
- Never leave a burning candle unattended or lit while sleeping. If you are going to leave the room or go to bed, be sure to extinguish all candles first. Never touch or move a burning candle.
- Never move a candle container when the wax is liquified.
- Don’t burn a candle all the way down. For safety measures, stop burning a candle when there is ¼ inch of wax left in the vessel.
- Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire. Keep burning candles away from furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, books, paper, flammable decorations, etc. Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Do not place lit candles where they can be knocked over by children, pets or anyone else.

Painting

- Dust your artworks regularly. For framed works or pieces with hardier surfaces use a dry, soft white cloth;
- Never use chemical cleaning products or water to clean your artworks.
- You should periodically check your artworks for signs of damp. These signs – discolouration and distinctive brown marks (sometimes called foxing) – are most likely to appear on the back of artworks initially.
